We ordered a strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba, and a butterfly tea sub strawberry flavor with strawberry boba. Literally everything was strawberry flavored. We were given a mango smoothie with strawberry boba. We didn’t even pick up the drink, and promptly told the manager that it was not what we ordered. He pointed at the sticker on the drink stating it saidy mango and told us it was ours. I again told him I understood it says mango, but we ordered strawberry. He asked to see our receipt, which also said mango. I told him I understand that, but we did not ask for mango. We ordered strawberry. He was rude and visibly angry. Without saying another word he took the drink away and stormed off to the back. All of the employees looked confused and shortly after, without saying another word, one of the girls working there replaced the drink. I understand that mistakes happen. I’m not upset the drink was mis-rang, I bartended for 10 years and it happens. I don’t understand being rude and angry with your customers for it. We won’t be back.

I like this place but I didn't mean to get the jelly with mine lol. Meant to get the boba but it was still good but not their fault. Somewhat expensive but I recommend for boba tea.

We loved this place! The service was wonderful. They were very helpful in answering questions, as the menu can be overwhelming. The level of sweetness was perfect for us. We do typically find drinks to be too sweet, but not here. The atmosphere was clean and cute, but no seating inside since this was in a mall setting. We would definitely come back!!

I had the mango passionfruit tea and it was so delicious! Bits of fresh fruit throughout the drink and the perfect blend of tea. If one of these stores was by my house I would be there all the time.

Definitely "a hug in a cup!" - Cute shop for bubble tea! Ranges from traditional to new flavors, and their cheese foams are absolutely amazing as well! Ambience: small, clean, and cute - only has two seating areas since the shop itself is very small, but what they lack in size, they make up for decoration and space! Open floors for people to lounge while they wait for their drinks or order. Drinks: I suggest getting their Piña Colada Milky slush with Strawberry Popping Boba or Cheese Crema Green Tea with Peach Popping Boba! The "cheese" on top is sweet, so when I order the green tea, I usually don't add any sweetness to it. They have speciality drinks as well - I suggest getting the Mango Passionfruit Tea with Coconut Jelly. Price: Since they only have one size, the prices range based on what kind of drink you get, add-ons, etc. Prices range from $4-$7.
